Brief biography: A super villain who uses an addictive form of hypnosis to lull victims into a trance before making off with their valuables. A hypnotherapist by trade who decided to turn his skills into something more selfish. Despite his role as a villain, he's got an odd moral code that invovles never using his powers to deal lasting damage to those who do not deserve it, and even still does hypnotherapy on the side for some heroes and villains in his city, during which he follows a strict code of ethics. Felix's ultimate fear is becoming his father Mason; a heartless man who brainwashes whomever he pleases to get whatever he wants, including brainwashing Felix's mother into being Mason's wife.
