Brief biography: Born somewhere, left in the Industrial District, Hiromi learned how to sneak and thieve at a young age. Raised in the backstreets of the smog filled city he met Alicia's mother at 16, a kind but tough woman who was willing to give her a roof over her head and a bowl of thick stew. Throughout those years he's made friends with Alicia, a magickal 15 year old now, and many enemies. She learned magick thanks to the magick inclined family, but their trickster attitude and scamming deals as a merchant in the Industrial District is what really makes coin.
