Brief biography: Soulas, was born into a dystopian world, the reality of an industrialized city plagued by pollution, affluent barons and corrupted public officials. His parents sought an escape, but the city wouldn't let them go so easily and so Soulas was forced to endure the toxic air, suffering irreversible damage to his lungs. In a desperate bid for survival, he took a substantial loan to acquire a life-saving respirator. Now, hunted by the very barons to whom he owes money, Soulas only wants to earn enough funds to pay his debts and maybe, just maybe, find a way to fix his broken city.

Description: Soulas is a Selachii with two arms and legs, each equipped with one or two fins. He also has dark claws that gleam in the dark, gills for breathing underwater, and a large tail with almost imperceptible blue spots on it. Soulas is tall and muscular, though relatively slim for his age, with his entire body covered in white and dark scales. Additionally, he has quite long ears which he likes to pierce, and black hair that conceals how large his ears are.
Soulas often wears a worn leather duster, threadbare trousers, his respirator, goggles, and sturdy workers' boots.
