Brief biography: A duke in the Ars Goetia. Used to be the son of a noble before being attacked by pirates out at sea. He fell into the ocean, and his scallop charm turned him into a siren. Was turned into a demon after selling his soul to the demon Forneus before being eaten by a shark. Vepar often behaves as a bit of a spoiled brat. In private, however, he tends to be more closed off. Around his friends, he tends to be snarky but is often inconsistent. It's unclear whether the different persona he has is due to a lack of a sense of self, or to people-please, or if there's an underlying disorder.
