Brief biography: Amaris Altair was born in a monastery in the Astral plane to elves that left the feywild to be closer to their gods. Amaris is a monk, subclass Way of the Astral Self. A Far-Traveler, she was sent from the monastery to this material plane for reasons yet unknown, or at least, not well understood.

Description: She has stars for freckles and can summon astral arms which give her extra reach for pummeling people. She looks like a normal elf until she starts fighting, when her freckles shine and astral arms appear, and her astral appearance makes itself known. Her clothes are strange, and she seems to be unsure of how to properly react to others, as well as what is actually food. She's not charismatic or particularly curious, but she can make good choices based on information given. She's very dexterous and reasonably strong, and can often be found doing abnormal stretches and yoga poses.
