Brief Biography:

Rose is a particularly introverted individual. Although she may seem aloof and judgmental, in truth she is often merely watchful and reserved - habits acquired from a lifetime spent outside the bustle of town. Her family lived simply and encouraged their children's independence. Consequently, as a child she spent a great deal of time exploring on her own in the woods around her family home. She learned what could be safely gathered or hunted and how to survive with little more than the land might give, and grew to appreciate the relative solitude of the wilderness. Time spent in the crowds of the city was rare, and always made her feel cramped and uneasy - but the noisy places had their silver linings; there abounded sweets and interesting toys and other such sights which could not be found in their forest dwelling.

When Rose came of age, she set off to find her own corner of the world - but a visit to her family in between adventures is quite common. There is much of the world to be explored, after all, and until she finds a place to settle and call her own there is no place quite like home.
