Hey, so my friend marcywuuu forgot their password and can't log in, and I think they're having some separate issues with their email so they can't get a verification code either. This sounds a bit odd and suspicious in the extremes, but could you possibly help with this?

I actually don't think they can use their email right now, and they can't use the discord either because it requires their email or something. I can ask them later if they can try to, but we're kinda stuck.

If they need us to look into it, they'll need to email us from an email address, and we'll see what we can do, but we can't do anything here. I'm sad to see they're having issues.
