Forgive me, I'm working on three hours of sleep!

Hello, my name is Glume, and I'm brand new, like the title says. I'm excitedly creating a character, and I have a few questions. The character creation page eludes to demon type characters being a part of the lore behind the game. Are there common traits I should know about before creating a demon? Is there any spoiler-free lore I should buff up on, or is this more a learn as you play type situation?
