Admin Applications [OPEN]
Running a group like this is never easy, and it requires teamwork to make things run smoothly! So, DracoStryx is opening applications to those of you who would like to help out!
We are currently looking to fill the following positions...

OPEN
Redemption Team (AP/Misc)
We are looking for fast learners, people that adapt quickly, and are willing to not be afraid of change. The team handles several different stages of the game. The workload of this position involves us being able to count Ascension Points (AP) to help level up stryx, judge the entry or entries to make sure that it passes the rules for activities, events, and more. AP also handles the rolling of said activities, events, and more! Don't worry, you will be trained by other redemption team admins for at least a couple of weeks before you are on your own. Being a part of this team can be more demanding than others so its not for everyone. It is time consuming, so please do not apply unless you have extra time in your current schedule. You will be expected to begin training on counting AP before you can go onto the other duties of the redemption team since we are in charge of so much. There is a trail period of a month to see if you are good fit for the team.
Design Approval
The group has gotten large enough that we're starting to experience a lot of backlog in the Design Approval and Design Corrections departments, so we need more people who can help us out! You will be expected to have a good knowledge of what is and is not acceptable in designs, but if you're ever uncertain, you will be allowed to ask a chatroom of other admins for help! This job may include Salon work. WARNING: This is perhaps the most demanding section of admin work. It can be stressful, and requires good customer service and communication skills. It is time-consuming, so please do not apply unless you have a lot of extra time you can devote to design work.
Event Admin
You will be in charge of rolling all entries during seasonal events (The Great Harvest, Festival of Frost, etc.) so that other admins can continue their duties without distraction or added stress. This is a temporary position, and you will be compensated only during the months that events are active.
Treasury Admin
This position requires some math skill, and you'll be keeping track of the Vault to make sure Bauble and Token amounts are up to date and correct, and it requires comfort working on PaperDemon's forums. You'll also be keeping track of purchases from our stores, and making sure items are placed into player Inventories, while deducting Baubles/Tokens from their Vaults.

Import/Upload Admin
With approved designs comes a large list of Imports that need uploading! You will be expected to upload at minimum about 25 imports per month, as well as handle Info Changes and Ownership Transfers. An aditional project for those interested is transfering all stryx currently hosted solely on DA to PD. You will be trained on how to do all of these things, so no experience is required.
Breeding Admin
As the group grows, we get more frequent breeding requests, so we need a little more help in that area. You will be expected not only to roll clutches but to mark used slots for users and Stryx. (PSA: We only hire breeding team admins from the admin team. If you're interested in becoming a breeding admin, join another team and be consistently active, helpful, and a good team player!)
Salon Admin
Stryx Salon is an extension of the Design team! Instead of just dealing with marking and mutation design, Salon admins will also regulate import edits and tack additions, among other things. While Salon admins mainly deal with the Salon, they can be pulled over to the Approvals or Corrections queues if there is help needed there. Salon admins will be as much as a part of the Design team as the regular queue admins.
Web Dev Admin
This position is currently only open to people who have experience in web design and coding for websites. If you would like to help us get our new rollers up and help us revamp our website, this is the position for you. Please describe relevant experience in your application and send us links to any sites you've worked on!
Social Media Admin
Spend your days scrolling endlessly on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Facebook? Here's an opportunity to weaponize that experience into promotional power for Dracostryx! This position calls for people who have a lot of time to be active on the admin team and are very familiar with the functions of popular social media sites. You'll be creating and curating content for our social media accounts, so a thorough knowledge of the game and the community are essential to this position.

Requirements:
Must be 18 or older!
Must have Discord, so you can join the admin chatroom!
You MUST be a people person for these jobs! It requires a lot of interaction with the community, and with other admins, and we will not tolerate difficult or dramatic personalities on the team. If you consistently cause trouble, are argumentative, stubborn, crass, and otherwise do not do well working on a team, please do not apply.
Must be available to work on a regular basis. We don't require hours upon hours of your time every day, but we need people who can do consistent and reliable work. If you can at least set aside at least 30 minutes to an hour, a few days a week, we'll be interested in having you.
If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks without notice, or are consistently inconsistent, you will be removed from the admin team.
Compensation:
Admins are paid for work in the form of Admin Credit, which may be used in place of USD to buy things from the dracostryx store (excludes premade imports). We occasionally commission admins for above and beyond projects that are paid in USD.
