Finally fully veified
I just went to my bank today and got the paypal deposits. Really the money was on my bank statement ,but it was in the separate installments paypal made them in ,with is what messed it up.
But it's fully done done so i can receive AND SEND money ,and transfer funds.
As much of a pain in the ass it was i know it will be worth it ,because now i can help out some cooly artists i wanna commission.
