Fey wild Valentine: Memory of what was prompt 1 significant other

Vex was sitting in his home reading when an old photo fell out of the book. As he picked it up he saw it was a picture of him and his wife Lillian on the day of their wedding. His mind filled with old memories.

 

About 80ish years ago...

 

'"Do you Vexcaliber Enduri take this woman to be your wife?" The officiant asked him Vex couldn't help but smile.

 

'"I do." He said without any hesitation despite his nerves.

 

'"And do you Lillian Emera take this man-" the officiant started but got interrupted by the woman.

 

'"I do." She said quickly with a warm smile.

 

'"Well then by the power vested in me I pronounce you husband and wife." The officiant said as the rings were put on. '"You may now kiss the bride." They didn't need to be told twice as the two pulled eachother close enjoying their first kiss as a married couple.

Vex smiles at the memory. '"I miss you my beautiful flower..." he said to himself. '"But I know we shall eventually meet again."
