It'd been quite some time since Jiongu'd started down that dirt path that lead to, from what he'd felt, nowhere. Because if it'd lead to a city or village, then surely he'd have come across it by now, no? Or at least a person? So he figured he was either pretty far out or travelling down an abandoned path. Because there was just no other way he'd failed to come across even a single person. If he hadn't seen creatures flying through the sky, the occasional animal walk across the road or hear bird calls then he might've even thought that the world itself was abandoned.

Which would've been an arguably worse fate than being run out from his homeworld.

So now, here he was, in a forest off to the side of that very same road and looking for something to eat. Rather, more of something to eat. He had already eaten a plethora of fruits or creatures he'd managed to come across. And so far, he was actually pretty happy to have wound up in a world like this one. Some stuff he'd eaten tasted great! But, at the same time, some of it was better of swallowed whole. Because the taste of it was just ghastly. If his hunger weren't so chronic and the damned things so abundant, he'd likely never even touch the things.

"Quite lucky there's a lot of these things too." Jiongu smiled, a hand on his hip as he looked around whilst the maw on his stomach munched on a collection of apples he'd snagged from the trees. Ones which, quite specifically, had large bites taken out of them. "Is a bit weird that somethin' so blegh could produce something that tastes so mmm though."

Walking deeper into the forest, Jiongu span the half-broken arrow within his other hand, savoring the sweet tasting juices running over the wide spanning tongue held in his second mouth. It was good. But, it still wasn't enough. It never was and likely would never be. But then, if he ever did, he couldn't call himself The Glutton.

"Oh wow." he exclaimed, stepping out into a clearing and quickly taking note of the peculiar set up lying at its center. It was a table, made up of three stone slabs, two for foundations and a single larger one set atop the two. And at its sides were makeshift chairs that'd been put together with numerous other stone slabs. The grass around the table was far lower than most of what was within the clearing and, at a second glance, even a bit melted. Actually, it looked like there were several patches of that melted grass leading up to the table. But by far, the most confusing thing here was the large glob of green fluid set atop the table.

The entire situation was odd, to say the least.

But it wasn't enough to impede Jiongu in his search for food. And those yellow colored things scattered amongst the grass were looking pretty delectable right now.

And so, uninhibited by what was likely a bad sign, Jiongu leapt into a lunge and landed belly first near a grouping of the things sprouting up from the ground. Taking one by the stem, he'd wasted no time in taking the yellow bit, as well as the rest of it, into his mouth. Then another, a handful, and eventually he'd just resorted to crawling around whilst cramming them into his other mouth. "I love this world~! I love this world~ Oh, I love, lovelove this world~!!" Jiongu sang as the beginnings of a feast took place.

However, in midst of his feeding frenzy, he'd missed the formation of eyes within the aforementioned green glob, now locked onto him as he continued to feed. He hadn't, however, missed when it leapt off the table and begun to approach him.He

"The fucketh?" Jiongu blurted out, standing and look over to the slime that, at best, came up to his knees. Eye-to-eye, Jiongu would be the first to look away, look around the clearing then more in the general area of the slime as opposed to right into its eyes. When it leapt closer to him he noticed that the grass it was on top of had melted, like the patches around the table. "...Well, you're a funky little, aren'tcha?"

He crouched and took up another dandelion from the ground. Then, for some reason, the slime lunged at him, causing Jiongu's to instinctively extend a hand out towards the creature. At that moment, Jiongu could feel power gather within himself, followed by a magical surge as a burst of air blasted the slime back. The event had surprised him more than the fact a slime had just jumped at him with the intent to do...something. Then, having a sudden realization, Jiongu looked down and broke out into a grin as he saw white lines, pulsing with magical energy, had become visible on the teeth of the mouth centered on his gut.

"Oh, you're in trouble now, li'l one." with a laugh, Jiongu smacked the teeth of his stomach and then pointed his hand at the slime. The wind gathered, twisting and changing itself until it had formed a set of fangs, biting at nothing in a test of functionality. Then it flew forward and snapped close atop the slime before dispersing once it'd taken a bite out of the thing. "And then..." Opening the maw over his abdomen, a suction-like effect would occur, pulling air and what was left of the slime into the darkness of his stomach then clamping shut.

"HAH!  NOT POWERLESS! GET BENT YA MUCUS-LOOKING BUM!"

Now, as the lines over his teeth vanished, Jiongu performed a small victory dance then patted his stomach then turned and headed back towards where he had come from. This forest had done well for him. But now, it was time to get back to searching for civilization. Luckily, the bite marks in the trees were easy enough to follow back to the road. And it was likely they would receive a bit more as he played around with his powers.

"Hmm...maybe I should bring a couple of those red spheres from the blegh things with me?"
