ShadowKnil's Soul: Darkness

In life there are stuggles that every person must deal with,
No on is every excluded in this respect, for we all are one.
Death comes around with that final one with his sharp scythe,
The unknown blackness that surrounds you won't ever be gone.

Silence may envelop your sense, but you are now stronger,
Being this way doesn't make you any less than you were.
Allowing you to be connected will make the pain stay longer,
Becoming the only thing that clouds you. Are you sure?

Succumbing to this pain only allows more grief in the process,
Motinating all of the emotions that are hidden during life.
Opening the wounds that were closed with all of the success,
Ruining all that you hoped for, you wait for Death's own scyth.

Chaos becomes your only guide, as you continue to go deeper,
Even when you see a light, you still feel at home in the dark.
Knowing all too well the nostalgia will never be more than a creeper,
Letting all of your demons out, you give up your own birthmark.

Sealing the fate that was never know to you, the darkness grows,
Uncovering your fears that were secluded from the world.
Throwing away the identity you had, becoming something it knows,
Never letting yourself go, you see your world start to be swirled.

Coldness becomes your soul, as it starts to eat away at you,
Reality ceases to exist, as you venture deeper into the void.
Darkness surrounds your eyes, as you begin to see what's true,
A teardrop extinguishes the flame, as you see what you destroyed.

Your whole world has no more light; it is just the darkness.
That darkness is what your soul was in life, and now is in death.
