Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Warm steam caress my body,
small hint of tar sneaks up my nose,
suppressing the scent of birch whisk used in sauna,
such a splendid scent,
in warm sauna,
under Finnish summer night.

Suddent cold wave,
like someone would have opened the sauna door,
faint scent of peach forces it way through tar and birch,
I open my eyes,
slowly,
as she sit's down to the wooden bench,
she smiles,
in the fluttering light of fire,
it makes her to look unreal,
I look down,
the fire flickers,
and makes long shadows to the walls,
I sigh,
before I cast more water to the bath-house stove.

I raise up,
sweat falling down my body,
and I walk to the stairs,
our legs rubs each other,
I look at her,
and smile,
before taking this trip down these few stairs,
I can feel her gaze on my body,
like she must have felt,
while I watched her undress,
I open the sauna door,
and close it behind me.

I step out to our porch,
deeply into darkness peering,
cornifer trees casting long shadows into opposite direction,
than our houses lights shine,
between branches of the trees I can see blinking stars,
and the full moon,
I take seven steps down,
and the eight step hit's the ground,
cones scraching my toes,
roots pressing against the bones of my legs,
small stones positioning my sole into odd shape,
cornifer tree needles stinging my bare foots,
and few awaken ant's bite my sole.

Without much thinking I run to the pier of our boat,
an on the edge I jump,
time slowing down it's movement,
smell of cornifer forest,
and waving wind in my hair,
the serenity of calm waters of North,
beautiful horizon of islands,
the calming full moon,
which reflect's from the dark water,
stars so bright,
shines,
and reflects from the water,
and they grow bigger,
bigger,
until a great shadow suddenly eats those reflecting stars away...

Pain,
I can feel pain in my whole body,
but it doesn't last long,
before the sweet ocean has taken a hold of me,
dark waters,
what beasts there may be,
a smile curves my lips upwards,
I do not breath,
I do not move,
but still i'm starting to float upwards.

I take a deep breath,
water flowing down from my hair,
scent of sea water in my nose,
I look around,
our white boat,
tied tightly to the pier,
the big rushes can be seen behind our boat,
nothing moves,
exept for the surface of the sea,
as I try to hold myself on surface.

A loud "Splash!",
and waves hitting back of my head,
I turn around,
and she looks at me with an seductive glance,
before I even manage to take a proper swimming style into use,
she is already swimming away from me,
cursing myself I swim to catch her,
but her slender body is moving faster in the water.

She suddenly stops,
and laughs joyfully,
as I catch her,
she spreads her arms,
and wraps herself around me,
I can barely swim,
but I manage to take her agaist smooth rock,
her eyes full of lust,
full of desires,
my body against her's,
under starlit sky.

I can feel time slowing down around us,
small waves slowing down their movement,
fearing that they might disturb us,
I can feel soft breeze on my naked skin,
breeze singing a soft hymn for us,
our eyes looking each other,
we can feel it raising,
lust of sex,
and joy.

I'm looking up to the stars,
exhausted from the act of love,
I can feel soft,
and smooth breasts flatten against my body,
as her head rests on my chest,
I caress her hair,
as I look a shooting star,
blue siluette with bright white tail and center,
crossing across night sky.

I raise her from the ground,
before carrying her to the cottage,
silky hair whipping my body,
as I walk deeper to the forest of old,
full moon showing the path to the cottage,
silent scenery,
in Finland's archipelago.

I lay her on to the bed,
and cover her with blanket,
before going back to the living room,
I sit on a chair,
and open a bottle of alcohol,
I take just a few sips,
before adding some more wood to the fireplace,
I walk back to the bedroom,
and I lay myself next to her,
before taking her into a soft,
and sweet embrace.
