Mind's Eye: Chapter 1

Bright light
Blinding my sight
So all I can see is spots
That come in many shapes and sizes.

I wonder is this a sign
Sent to me so that I
Can see that everything is not always
Black and white
That there is grey in there too.

Maybe there is color
That shows hot and cold
And in the middle is just right.

This must be what
The sight for those that
Can either see shadows
Or they can see the colors of heat
That our body gives off in their minds eye.

So I guess that means
Life can be dark and depressing
Or happy and perfect.
But the days inbetween
Show life is
JUST ONE DAY AT A TIME!!
