we meet again......

chapter 1:.....

"hey kagome, you ok..?" sango said as she fixed her hair, and kagome looked as if the world was going to end right before her eyes.

"no sango im not ok...I...I JUST CANT DO IT!!" kagome screamed at the top off her lungs, and threw herself on the bed.

Kagome was this years class speaker, and as you already know she was scared out of her mind!

"oh kagome,..." sango said pulling her up from her bed.

" you can do this,.....I know you can!"

kagome gave a weak smile and noded. "I guess so.." kagome sighed.

"but what if I mess up, or if they laugh at me!?"

sango smiled. "hey...cheer up...what could happen?"

When kagome and sango arrived at school kagome spoted inuyasha,

the most popular and cutest guy in school. Inuyasha had long,silky, silver hair, golden eyes, and dog ears because he was a hanyou.

kagome's had a crush on him since 9th grade.

"sango...I wish me and inuyasha could be more then just friends...."

sango did not answer.

"hey sango?......" kagome turned to find miroku the biggest perv in high school, flirting with sango again like always.........he had short black hair, and was inuyasha's best friend. He hit on almost every girl in school, but for some reson fancyed sango more then the rest.

"WILL ALL THE STUDENTS PLEASE REPORT TO THEIR SEATS FOR GRADUATION. THANK YOU." said principal Takahashi from the intercom

sango left miroku (who had a red mark on his face along with a sad look.) and went with kagome who sat there breathing and talking to herself.

"dont worry kagome you'll be fine." sango said reasuring her.

"you remembered your speech right? as sango said thid kagome looked at her and had a word oops writen all over her face.

"oh kagome say you did" sango was starting to look worried.

"I kind of remember, but i didnt practice it last night....."kagome was cut off when principal takahashi interrupted.

"Now class of 2006,....it is time for your class speaker..Kagome Higurashi!!!"

kagome stood up and smiled weakly at sango.

"kagome make some up!!" sango whispered as she walked up to the stage.

as kagome did this miroku pointed at her look inuyasha theres that kagome girl you like!" inuyasha stared at her then blushed.

"feh,...she just looks like my ex-girlfriend kikyo..."

" you still love kikyo....why not give kagome a try?" miroku said with an evil grin.

"shhhh!..she's going to say her speech,....will talk after." said inuyasha lost in thought stairing at kagome.

"ummm..." she said as sango mouthed the words you can do it to kagome.( although kagome couldnt understand a word she said.)

kagome took a deep breath, "congratulations class of 2006,...we have made it out of high school, but there are still more difficult chalenges ahead................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................15 or 20 mins later.......

"see kagome , what did I tell you?! you did great!!!!!" sango smiled as she huged her friend.

"I know sango!! thank you!" kagome said as she tried to hold back tears, but no longer could.

inuyasha was siting on his car, while miroku stood in front of him talking. "how bout it inuyasha?,....a double date..me and sango, you and lady kagome."

inuyasha gave him a worried look. "i dont know miroku,...but I guess I can give it a try...."

"YES!!" miroku yelled, and almost every one was staring at him including ther soon to be dates sango and kagome.

"are you TRYING to get us killed or something?" inuyasha said turning red. Miroku was also turning kind of red "sorry,...i was just a little happy..." inuyasha stared at him dully "you call that a little?"

inuyasha said sarcasticly.

Miroku walked up to kagome and sango. "sango,..can I talk to you for a moment?" sango rased an eye brow. "umm,...sure miroku.."

miroku grabed sango's hand and pulled her away, but came runing back just as fast.

"Kagome! miroku just asked me on a date!..." kagome smiled great sango now im just going to party by myself." kagome said sarcasticly.

"but kagome,...he told me inuyasha asked you too! its a double date!!" sango said smiling at kagome.

"he did! we have to go get ready! tell him yes and to pick us up at 7:00.!" after songo told them kagome draged sango away and left to kagome's house.........................
