Night-Time Fun: Confrontation

It was night-time.
My father and his girlfriend were out of town for the week, and I was browsing the art section of DeviantArt, and the only light shown was from my computer.

I heard a crack, then I heard the window in the next room over, the home office, slide open. I jumped up and rushed to the kitchen grabbing a jagged-edged cleaver and a dagger-like knife. I made no sound as I slowly hid in the darkness of the kitchen.
I heard the office window slide shut with a thump.
Two people were arguing, I realized that they were both female.
I hid around a corner as they sneaked through the place and peeked in my room which was the only one that held light.
I noticed that they were two females that I knew from school.
I yelled their names, and they whirled around recognizing my voice.
I flipped the kitchen light on, asked why did they break in, they approached me, and asked for forgivess.
I told them "One thing must be done in order for me to forgive you . . . "
