Drunk and Disorderly: Drunk and Disorderly

Vic also made things hard on me by asking for a short drabble. I like to babble on and on so writing a short drabble almost killed me XD

Reno was drunk. So very, very drunk. Rude was buzzed, but not drunk. He could hold his liquor a lot better than his redheaded friend could. Currently he was sitting at the table watching Reno stumble and dance around the kitchen.

“I think you’ve had enough for tonight, partner.” Rude said.

Reno hiccuped, laughed, and stumbled over to Rude. He draped his arms over Rude’s shoulders and hiccuped again.

“I sink yoo mabee right, Rude ol’ buddy.” He slurred. “Rude…dude…I…” The Turks giggled. “I said ‘Rude’ and ‘dude’ and that rhymes.”

Rude said nothing. He only rolled his eyes and shook his head.

“Wot wuz I sayin’? Oh yah! Rude, dude, I love you.”

The man still didn’t reply, but his cheeks turned slightly red.

“Annnndd… I love… your head. It’s soooo shiny.” Reno grinned, kissing his partner’s bald head.

Rude swatted at the redhead, but that didn’t deter him. He continued to grin stupidly and he shined Rude’s head with his tie.

“Get off!” Rude chuckled, slapping Reno’s hand away. “You’re a dork when you’re drunk, partner.”

“Yes, but you love me anywayyyy.” The redhead sing-songed, snuggling Rude’s head.

Thump

Rude swivelled around in his chair to see that Reno had passed out cold, landing in a crumpled heap on the kitchen floor. With a sigh the man got up and picked his partner up off the floor. He carried the redhead into the living room and set him on the couch, covering him with a blanket.

“I don’t know why I put up with you, partner.” Rude murmured with an almost tender smile on his lips.

“Nnh.” Reno murmured in his drunken sleep, sucking on his thumb.
