Tsunami: Chapter 1

Crash! The waves rolled in along the beach, and sucked back out again. Broken pieces of houses, and palm trees were strewn across the sand. The sea seemed calm now, moving up and down hypnotically. Up ahead, a small figure was half buried in the sand. Her clothes were torn and her body was covered in blood.  A man walked along the beach. His clothes showed that he was part of the rescue team, stooping down he looked at the girl. It was too late for her, along with many others that had been to slow to run. There were many body’s like this strewn everywhere. The tsunami had been devastating.
