Without knowing my name I heard someone call it

And I was me

Without knowing your name I heard the wind whisper it

And I knew you

Without knowing pain I said ‘hello’

And you smiled

Without expecting pain I fell for you

And I smiled

Without knowing your love I saw someone take it

And I hated her

Without stopping to cry the years flew by

And I found you again

And I knew your name

And I knew your face

And I knew You

I whispered ‘hello’ 

And you smiled

And I cried

You didn’t know me.
