Gohan's POV

He's drunk again. It's time to fight. I must done something wrong, tonight.

 

"Vegeta?" His fist hits my face.

"SHUT UP!"

Tears well up in my eyes. I won't let them fall. I won't give him the satisfaction.

"Pathetic. Can't even stand up to me?"

He doesn't want an answer. Vegeta Jr. comes out as his father hits me again.

"DADDY STOP!" He runs over to shield me.

"Go back to bed son, this is between your mother and I."

He growled at Vegeta.

"Leave mommy alone, bastard! You don't deserve him. I wish M. Trunks was my dad. At least he knows how to treat his mate."
The fist hits him, he's on the other side of the room now.

"Go to bed son, mommy's gonna be fine."

He stays there conscious but staring at his father in disbelief.

 

Vegeta Jr.'s POV

Father's a name you haven't earned yet. You're just a child with a temper. Haven't you heard don't hit a lady? Kicking your ass would be a pleasure.

 

He hits Mommy again. He flies into the wall. I just stand there. And then I fly off. Out the door to get help. Grandpa Goku will help. Daddy blasts me from behind, I dodge and IT to Grandpa's.

"GRADPA HELP! DADDY'S HURTING MOMMY! PLEASE!"

"Calm down. What happened?" He asked.

"He hit mommy so I-I tried to shield him, but he he knocked we into the wall. He hit mommy again so I went to get you and he tried to blast me but I dodged and IT'd here. WE NEED TO HURRY!"

"Stay here. I'll take care of it, okay." I nod.

 

Goku's POV

He's drunk again, it's time to fight. Same old shit but on a different night.

 

I hope I'm not to late. I burst threw the door, Gohan's on the ground cowering and Vegeta's standing over him. Ki blast in his hand, at SSJ3. He's mad. What happened here? I smell beer and anger. Recognition dawns on me. He's drunk and taking out his frustrations thats all. When he's sober it will be okay. We just have to keep him away from beer.

"VEGETA STOP!" He turns to me.

"Kakarot?" I hurry over at SSJ4 to restrain him. I call Piccolo threw our link.

/Piccolo. Go to Korin's and get me a senzu and bring it to Gohan's/

/Sure Goku. You can tell me why when I get there./

 

Vegeta's POV *8 hours later*

Never again, Never again have I seen it this bad.

 

I wake up Ki binded to a chair. The Ki bonds are made from Kakarot's Ki. I see Gohan, he's looking at me only one emotion coming threw our bond. Fear. He's afraid of me. My son stands next to him. Anger and fear rolling of him. Mostly anger and a little hate. He hates me. What did I do?

"What happened?" I croaked, Kakarot came over.

"Vegeta you were drunk, you attacked Gohan. And when Jr. tried to stop you, you knocked him into a wall. It's no surprise that their scared. Gohan had 15 fractured or broken bones when I got here. Jr. had 4. You only hit him once. You weren't pulling punches. We're lucky I got here when I did. Or you wouldn't have a wife."

I looked up in shock. I did this. I hurt my family, for what? Gohan walked over and helped me out of the bonds. His fear was all but gone. But there was a little anger. Resentment and confusion mostly. I would have to fix this later.

 

Can Vegeta fix this mess he caused? Or will he lose his family? The inspiration for this was the Song Never Again by Nickelback. And My muses of course. You'll see song quotes there too.
