Thoughts in Serenity

A request for someone on deviantArt of Emmy Rossum. The photo I used as reference itself wasn't so good, (it was a crappy webcam photo from myspace) but when I printed it it was way worse. Like, the printer decided to keep on switching in between blue and black and white, so all the shadows were messed up. I kind of had to guess on the shading based on where I knew the light was coming from...It probably doesn't look so good.

Just used a mech. pencil and kneaded eraser. Also, a 7B for the hair. No blending stump or tissue!

Be as harsh as you want.

Although the reference messed up it looks very nice never let a reference photo make you the slave...u ar the artist not it.^___^

This came out really nice The shading on her face is just awesome and I like the subtle highlights in her hair Sweet job! ^_^
