Jessica's Back

One of my recent forays into the world of painting, this is only my third.... I got the chance to sit in on my Aunt's life drawing class.  For one hour I was able to paint a model who knew what they were doing! (Sorry all my friends and family, but you just don't know how to stay still.)

Thanks! This was one of my first attempts at acrylic paint, so I experimented a lot.

Really nice shading and it is also quite elegant.

Oh good good job! I love this. Congratulation you really manage to trap the light! I also like all the paintbrush strokes it gives a very nice quality to this!

And I know what you mean when you say that people dont know how to be still! lol

Very beautiful. It has that wonderful looseness that comes with working from a live model.

    I love it.

The shading on her back and shoulders is beautiful.
