From Fullmetal Fairytales its Little Red Alchemist and the Big Bad Wolf Chimera!

Edo is innocently travelling through the forest with a basket of liquor and tabacco for Granny Pinako when he meets Roy who tries to persuade him to stray off the path and pick some flowers.
