Sir Marte practicing for the tournament

Sir Marte heard of the tournament from a flyer, and so has decided to train for it by practicing his earth powers, testing the distance of his rock spheres spell. Seems he can conjure them from quite a bit away, but it did take quite a bit more of a time, which could leave him open if he isn't careful and gets out of the way in time! Not only that, but while the spell has a lot of power, it isn't too quick, and can easily miss an opponent moving towards him. As for close-quarters combat, he has his sword for a good reason.

His greatness weakness is fighting against mid-range opponents, who can avoid his rocks while at the same time keeping out of range of his sword swings. He hopes that he can close the distance, however, or that he can use his rocks to intimidate his opponent into backing away so he can get advantage of them with a follow up.

Overall, though, he feels confident that he will succeed so that he may bring honor to the name of House Raddiche.
