Busted

Some of the foals in Quarantine have escaped through the fense in the Crystal Empire. Gold Standard has found a couple of them, and while he's not EXACTLY hiding them, not immediately turning them over instead of loading them up with toys and treats is probably cutting it pretty close. 

Pas is sympathetic to the cause, but also knows that it's not a great idea to have kids with the crystal plague running loose when there's already a lack of clarity on how it's spread.
