My current obsession. Tis my rendition and little homage to the Wicked Witch of the West, inspired by the Broadway play, Wicked.

I think Wicked is a book as well as a Broad Way play.
Anyway, wow this is true piece of art work.
I really love it! You should be proud Big Smile

Very loverly artwork. Eerie green ^_^

I never thought of Elphaba as evil. Not evil much, really. People just misunderstood her. Then again...ive never seen the broadway production..only the book, so Im not sure how they differ.

    Again, wonderful art!

I have yet to see the play myself, though I plan on it. I do have the soundtrack, and the music is excellent. It seems as though the play portrays her as an outcast, spurned by her fellows because of her looks. It kinda spirals out of control from there. It's actually kinda sad.

Big Smile That's awesome. Also, I had "No Good Deed" in my head right before I saw this and did a double-take before going "Wait. Elphaba? I must click this!"

That really is my favorite song from that musical. Most of the coloring for this was done with that, 'Witch Hunters', and 'No One Mourns the Wicked' on loop.
