Hmm, yes, this is so very dreamy. It seems as though he's deep in slumber, reaching out to that one thing he's craving most. And yet he's willing to be so delicate with it. On a side not, I would love to see your process; I don't go near digital coloring because I've never really been taught how to do it, and I'm literally green with envy from your pieces.
