Oh man I LOVE the colors on this one. I know you said Detah's nose is crooked but I think the way you have it here makes it look less crooked and more simply put in the wrong place: Google "crooked noses" and you'll notice that the nose is still, fundamentally, in the center of the face. The crooked part of it is usually the bridge of the nose, as a result of physical trauma or what have you. The tip of the nose is still in the center of the face though, typically, so your nose here looks a bit strange. This might have been unintentional. My suggestion? When you draw, flip the image horizontally to see if anything looks strange, and fix it while it's flipped. Then go back and forth until the face is reasonably symmetrical, and nothing looks lopsided. I also think the mouth is a little low, but that could just be the angle of the head; if that's the case, the eyes are too high. For help, try looking up references of heads at different angles and study where all the face-parts go depending on how the head is turned.

As for hands, I agree with Arkillian; try making a trapezoid-like shape for the palm (the tiny end being the wrist and the wider end being where the fingers will go) and draw your fingers from there. The thumb will jut out at an angle from one end.

But the coloring is definitely fantastic! It looks very ink and watercolory, and I love the blots around the bottom. Very cool!
