Brief biography: quirked oc based from my hero academia Keiko is a hacker and has a quirk simular to hawks but with a few diffrences
quirk florecent wings, floreent wings gives the user wings from birth much like hawks feirce wings they can control feathers around 4 they start gaining new abilitys signaled by a bright glow that can only be controled by training. they can control their feathers down to the molicules at this point and start learning to fly, their quirk abilities gain streangth contenuisly as they get older but hit a near plateau around 18-25 their ability to fly is weak at first at 4 or so and they can jump higher but struggle to fly at all let alone glide as their wings arent big enough and will grow later on, around 10 their wings will be big enough to glide and begin to learn to fly, around 10 and a half-12 their wings go though a big growth spurt and become big enough to fly at this point it becomes more about endurance as their wings have enough streangth now to fly, their base wing color varies but is usualy black or matching hair color

quirk diffrences
1 Keikos wings are larger more equivilent to the size of an albatroses but with the shape of an eagles 
2 they can control it down to the molicule, meaning they can make their wings water to mitigate fire and contenue controling them, make them air to go though things, or even harder them by turning them to metals or stone
3 they can make their wings have patterns or glow
4 they have feathers on their head like a crest which are extra sensitive
5 their feathers are outright more sensitive
6 their wings can save data by grooves and molicule changes

quirk limitations
if broken while remaining the last material they were it cant be harvested as like birds it eventualy they will run out of feathers
while their feathers wont die if burnt while water they will die if the molicules are dammaged too much, so if they make their wings a flamable gas they will entirely be gone if catching fire, simply put their feathers are finite in the ammount of a substance that they are
while their quirk is very simular to hawks they arent as fast, hawks speed is closer to a peregrine falcons probably hitting around 230 mph while Keikos speed is around 80 mph max much like an albatross but have agility closer to a the harpy eagles due to training from a young age given by their family (hawks 100% would beat them in a race every single time lol)

Description: 5 foot 3 inchs tall, female with some sharp facial features, super light skin, with black hair and wings, they have 4 head feathers and poofy hair, they often wear a trench coat and near black t shirt and pants they have many clothes like this and are rarely seen not wearing this unless at home their trench coat has a grey fur trim of questionable origins, their skin tends to be on the warmer tones and their eyes a blue with a red ring around their verticle cat like pupils they have rather sharply pointed rectangular but larger eyes their eyes are expresive like a cats but they can control how its expressed their trench coat comes down into 3 rounded triangular ends and it also has a elongated but tight sleeves with a trangular shaped end that flops around but is postioned on the back of their hand where the base starts to become loose from their body
