Brief biography: Evanora grew up in the suburbs of one of the largest cities of the Ocean Kingdom. Her family was poor, but not destitute. At the young age of 6, her hometown was attacked. Her and her brother escaped, while her father was taken for the slave trade and her mother was killed. For ten years now, she's been living with her brother Kory as nomads, migrating across the Ocean Kingdom and living in the numerous caves. Also, I should mention before it's too late, but she lives underwater. She's only on land because she was forced up by the incoming tide.

Description: Pehlagos are basically people who live underwater, that are descendants of sea creatures. There are three known types of Pehlagos- axolotls, "sharkies", and angler fish. Evanora is an axolotl type. Therefore, she has a 6 foot long yellow tail. Her hair also turns into yellowish-orange axolotl frills when she is wet. Currently, she wears a slightly burned leaf tunic from Magnolia, shorts knitted from seaweed by her brother Kory, and a floor length black cloak that is too big for her. (If you want to imagine what she looks like in it, imagine a child in their parent's raincoat.) She always has a glisten in her eyes, either from happiness or a challenge.
