Brief biography: Octavia is the general of of one of the Ambrosian armies who invaded Crag Vaegan, and was rewarded with the throne of the powerful mining city. Thirsty for more power, Octavia is more than happy to extend her reach into the Phauroran kingdom and beyond. She is power hungry, and control freak, and a workaholic. It's not known if this is due to her nature or because her god demands it. Perhaps the person she once was is burried somewhere in that obsession with doing Ambrose's bidding.

Octavia is embued with the voice of her god, Ambrose, she uses her voice to command beings of Ambrose's world and make contracts to control beings from Phauroraland to aid her invasion of the magical kingdom.
