Seasonal Challenge, Development Updates, and Major Reconstruction.
Good day!
Happy new year, and happy holidays to anyone who celebrated any recently!!
2021 has arrived with hopes for the new year and for recovering from what 2020 did to us, but let us not forget all that was learned, and let's carry it with ourselves as the new year progresses.

For Sympan, winter has arrived! And with it, a new event type has appeared: seasonal challenges!
Seasonal challenges are small prompts that we will be testing, but that are hopefully here to stay. For now, they'll spawn somewhere in the season, and last until the end of it, granting every participant a reward!
Seasonal challenges are debuting with a winter challenge that is now officially ongoing!! You can check the challenge and how to enter in the link below.

We're also here with some development updates!
As stated previously, the ARPG is under construction, so it's on a sort of standby mode until we get enough things done to make it playable! A beta version of the ARPG will be out to test everything before we officially open it, but it'll still be a while until the beta is ready.
The things we'll be focusing on for the beta are basic activities ( such as Scavenging and Crafting ), player-related things ( such as the Mimole Exchanger, the Adoption Center, and forums needed for playability such as Inventory Requests and Design Approvals ), and hopefully the Mime Guild, too!
Additionally, a lot of the old systems will be revised and reworked to make sure everything works as properly as possible!
Because of what we have planned, the ARPG will most likely be different from normal ARPG structures, and so figuring things out without existing structural guides to follow will also take more time.

We'll be giving small dev updates through the Discord!
Our Discord server is the core of the community activity for the ARPG; it's where players interact the most, and where personal connections can be more easily forged!
Because of how much more personal the interaction is, our small development updates will oftentimes be announced there before making wrap-up news posts here.
Anyone is free to join the Discord, so we highly encourage anyone interested to do so!
