Council of Friendship Design Contest

The task of this contest is to design NPCs to take on seats in the Council of Friendship! We need one of each of the common equestrian species: Earth Pony, Unicorn, and Pegasus.

Rules:
- By entering the contest you agree to relinquish design rights to Tales of Equestria if you win. You will be credited for the design.
- All unused designs may be used however you like.
- No hybrid designs for this contest.
Prizes: Designers with winning designs will receive $10 via Paypal, two First-Class Train Tickets, as well as the right to create characters related to the NPCs. Only other NPCs will ever have this ability.
Runners up may receive prizes depending on number of entries.
