I am a manga and anime fan. I am an experienced convention goer even though I haven't been to that many conventions, such as Fanime, Anime Expo, APE, Fremont Teen Anime Expo, Supercomics, etc.
I am a big Fanime oldbie. I went to Fanime last year and I am going this year too. I've been to Fanime since 1996, when it was a small convention and was at Foothill College. I missed 2 or three Fanimes so...
I went to my first Wondercon. Not so great.
..ironically I have never been to San Diego Comic Con.
