Max gide to love: Chapter 1 love and chandelirs

Max sat comfortably on his couch, with his pet spider resting on his lap, as he delved into the pages of a captivating book. The novel was filled with numerous romantic scenes that had Max's heart racing, but there was one particular scene that stood out for him. In this scene, the male lead bravely swapped places with his lover to save her from a chandelier that was hurtling towards them. The chandelier eventually came crashing down, but the lovers emerged unscathed, safe in each other's arms.

 

Max couldn't help but think that this was the epitome of true love - risking your life to protect the one you love. He knew there were many different types of love, but to him, this act of selflessness was the ultimate expression of it.
