Story Summary

His life, his dreams, his wishes this story takes you though the mind and life of the Bejiita that never was, yet should have been. The universe is his, his life will never end, and hopefully, just hopefully, he can find someone to share it with. She's a senior High school student on earth, searching for her place, but Bejiita has been watching her. And a stunning surprise that will change her life forever will unravel. The fate of the world is at the Prince's mercy... and he has his own reasons to show none such thing. The setting and outline of this story is very distorted from the DBZ universe. There are no other characters that were in the dbz world, and that how I wonted it. Timelines are different, as well a few minor quirks that Bejiita no longer has... beings he's over 500 years old in this fanfic, I'm shier he would be much more matcher and Patient about some things. He's still the same prince, don't get me wrong, but I'm shier I took all the damn FunImation out of him. please R&R

Chapter 1: the way she lives

He looked through the orb in front of him, crimson eyes, seeing her, hearing her, the pain was there, even in her smile. On that planet she lived, in a world of tears that no one saw but him. She hatted that place, almost as much as the man watching her did so, but not as much, she couldn't, she did know what he knew. She didn't know 'them' and what they had done to her, and to him in the process. She walked with them, everyday she did. Not knowing. It brought Bejiita to bare his teeth in hatred and disgust, towards the vermin. The animosity he felt burned edges into his heart, knowing what they had done. To think that she would except herself as one of 'them'. Not only did she believed that she was human, she thought of herself as being lower than most of the beings. He knew he would kill them all, he would not allow trash like humans to rule over one of his own kind, It wasn't natural. The girl needed to be given her place as a Saijen. For the pride of what was left of his race, he would show her, her worth.

She sat alone on a hill, in a park across the street from the mall. Her brown eyes were concentrated on the many cars stopping and going on the main road in front of her, noticing the fumes filling the air as each car sped off to an unknown destination. It was sick, not only the fumes choking the air, but the people that drove them... the people that didn't drive them... all of them... it was how society worked, that was the most disturbing and sick to her. Every man for himself, no matter what the fanatics said, it was true. It was human nature. A man would kill his own flesh and blood to obtain power. Though it bothered her deeply, she excepted this, If not she would be contradicting herself. But none the less she could still feel bitter towards them. She could still look at them with question of why they act and live the way they do. Wasn't that acceptable?
She laid dawn in the fresh-cut green grass and sighed heavily, it was about time to go meet her friends and go get something to eat and watch a movie. She made her way across the street, and found herself at the front entrance. She looked to one side seeing an empty bench, she would wait here for her friends.
The bench was hot, the metal burned right through her jeans and baggy black T-shirt, a little unusual for the time of year. Her eyes widened greatly as she sat back against the bench for a brief instant, then leaning forward to stop the painful sensation.
People past her, she waited. Soon, a beat-up gray car with black spray paint on the trunk wiped around the side of the mall and took a parking space up front. She smiled. A girl stepped out of the driver-side door, and a guy climbed out the passenger-side window. Yeah... it was Rachel's car all right, the passenger door only opened occasional. Poor Blain, he was too tall to have to crawl out that window. But it was funny to watch.
"Hay Naomi, how long you been waiting her."
She stood up and just smiled carelessly, " lets just go inside. It's hot as hell out here."

Bejiita frowned deeply as he saw the female walk beside the two humans as if they were equals, but in the back of his mind he knew this would be one of the last days she would spend with them, so it put him in a little better mood.
She looked so shrouded with doubt and confusion, he could see it. He knew that she could feel that she was different, yet with every fiber within her, she pushed it all away as best she could. Bejiita couldn't help but wonder why.
Dark loose cloths hung carelessly from her form, she was short, no more that 5 feet tall, dark eyes, dark brown, long, careless hair, and an attitude he knew he would have to brake her of. Yet after he got to know her by his observations, he saw how truly beautiful she was. Her outer appearance was what she wonted it to be. She didn't wont to be noticed, didn't wont the attention. She didn't wont to look like most of the young women her age. She wasn't looking for a mate. And had no problems with being what she made herself out to be. Even if it was a lie, but he would change her; she was to be his. He, would make her perfect. He would show her that she wasn't as plain as she made herself out to be.

" What movie are we seeing?" Rachel asked as the three teenagers passed the food-court.
"I'm not shier... what about Chronicles of Ridic?" Blain gave his suggestion and looked dawn at Naomi.
She never looked up at him, but could feel his eyes on her.
"That's fine. It looked good in the preview, and I liked Pitch Black."
" Then Chronicles of Ridic it is." Rachel stated with a small grin on her face.
They all bout there tickets and went inside the theaters. Taking seats near the top. They had no idea that they were ever so carefully being watched.

Bejiita never truly understood why the female and her comrades repeated the same pattern nearly every seven days. They would go to this same building, watch a film, walk in circles around the building and talk to one another, eat together, drink & smoke together, and go on their separate ways. As stupid as it sounded and looked to him, the female seemed to enjoy it.

Such simple amusement...

He closed his crimson eyes slowly and listened to the meaningless film his female watched so carefully.
The gentle tap of a shoe on the steel floor of the ship graced the Princes ears.
"My lord?"
"I told you not to speak to me during these observations, Deyakeo."
Yellow cat-like eyes widened
"But, my lord..."
"What is it?"
His eyes still closed, frustration slowly showing in the creases of his brow.
"I believe we have become close enough to the young one's planet, for myself to attempt communicating with her tonight."
A smirk crept across the Prince's face as his eyes fluttered open.
"Finally... she will see. I'm assuming you mean through her dreams, Dream Giver?"
"Yes, my lord."
" Perfect."
His hand reached out to the orb before him, and a finger gently graced it where the image of the young girl's face appeared.
" You can't run from me now female. Your territory will soon become mine; your dreams will belong to me. Finally... I can begin to show you what you're truly capable of. "
Cat-like eyes shivered in fear from the chamber door.
" May I ask how she's doing, my prince?" Deyakeo bowed his head and closed his eyes, falling to one knee in complete respect.
He stood and turned to his servant. " I think she could be doing much better if she were amongst her own kind. But... as for being 'well' I believe she's fine."
Deyakeo tilted his head up right, long, white, elf-like ears laid back against the porcelain skin of his upper shoulder blades, still in submission.
"Do you believe that she will be more of a challenge to capture than you first assumed my lord?"
Bejiita looked dawn at him, pausing in thought.
" I should be asking you, this question Deyakeo. You're the psychic. Not me."
"My lord." Strongly stated, golden eyes closed and a small timid smile brightened his pale complexion. Silver hair fell in front of his shoulder.
The prince looked at him. Yes he looked at him, scanned him. He was beautiful. Angelic. Yet he still sickened the prince. His utter obedience was the only thing keeping the prince from crushing him, well, almost... his powers were most admirable... and of course, very useful. The ability to give dreams and or manipulate them, were only a few of his many tricks, such as being able to read thoughts of another, as well a give his own. These were all but common in his species though. Dream Givers. Oh yes, and the last one in existence belonged solely to the prince himself.
A cold-hearted smile purged Bejiita's face as he stepped closer to Deyakeo.
" I've been waiting for this day, you know. I'm pleased to hear this. You are dismissed Deyakeo... I'll contact you when the time comes... in the mean time, you can tell the others."
