I thought about you today,

It was so long ago you died.

Sometimes you’re just like a dream,

That mearly passes by.

 

I thought about you today,

I didn’t know you well.

But when my mind recalled your face,

I saddened and tears fell.

 

I thought about you today,

I think it was your smile,

That made me want to know you,

If for just a little while.

 

I thought about you today,

You know why I’m so upset?

I will never get to know you.

It’s something I’ll always regret.

I don’t know why I’m so angry.

Why’d you leave us here on earth??

You had friends a plenty!

You may have had it rough,

But everyone here loved you,

Wasn’t that enough?

What I’d say if I had a chance,

I’d yell at you, asshole!
