Chapter 3- Dancing in the Moonlight

“Free at last- Free at last!” I laugh as I blast out my window into the world that is my own. I feel a bit bad about leaving my brother all by himself, I know how much I hated the castle with no one else around, but maybe I'll bring him back a souvenir.

Soaring above Sireny, the capitol of this country, I think about where exactly that new club is I'd heard about being constructed. Its completion was supposedly 5 days ago, about time; they'd been working on it for almost a year. I don't know much about it, but I do hope will be a fun location for the night. Another chance for me to see what types of people roam the cities closest to the castle, as oppose to the ones farthest away.

I bite my lip as I think back to what my father said before I left and moan slightly. “Damn it, he's expecting me to look for a mate, that's why he let me go out tonight. Bastard.” Looking for a mate was no interest of mine. As far as I'm concerned there's no point in it. I'm always leaving, always working, always training, what place would they have in my life? I don't even have time for family. Except now my conscience told me. However I can't spend time with them now, I'm planning on striking the city later.

I smirk thinking about those dimwitted fools who think they can catch me, the idiots. They'll never know who I am, regardless their suspicions. `The Black Ghost cannot be touched'- I laughed- `he is unspeakable.' `The Black Terror hits again!'- My laughter grows harder just thinking about all the headlines said about me because of a little game I started playing out of boredom, creativity, and a little revenge. They never even thought once to consider their prince as a terror to the military itself.

Hell, the only reason I even dress up in that black spandex (complete with a mask) in the first place is because I wanted to teach Nappa a lesson. “Pfft,” I spit, “What a body guard he is.” That overgrown fool couldn't even lay a hand on me, and he's supposed to protect me? “Perhaps my father should award the winner of that tournament as my bodyguard,” I scrunched my nose up in distaste, “no that wouldn't do, at least I know the man `protecting' me and I know what to expect. I don't want, nor do I need, any new people in my life. I only serve to leave them behind,” my thoughts depress me as I imagine how quickly Speed will come, if he hasn't already, to learn that lesson. If I can help it, I'd rather rule the kingdom on my own for the rest of my days than pass on that burden to such a good kid. I shake my head slightly, shifting my thoughts back to their prior subject.

Again, the only reason that I wore the costume that one time was to teach Nappa, which I did, and then some. I smirk to myself again. The rush of having fighters and officers alike charge at me, the prince, or just stiffen up in fright was too much to just stick to as a one night type of thing, I simply had to do it again. It'd been a long time since I had a decent adrenaline charge and I knew I wouldn't mind having it more often.

I do know that if they were ever to catch me we'd have some major tabloids on our hands, then. “Hn, all the more reason to train.”

I feel the wind shifting as I approach the inner most part of the city, seeing lights flashing everywhere. It's about 9pm, so I suppose the party must be starting up at the new club. I look myself over, checking for any evidence that would reveal my status. My dark, navy blue T-shirt clings to my body nicely, but not enough to reveal all of my attributes, and my long, black pants give the impression I'm taller than I really am, which is beneficial to me if I wish to stay undercover. My black shoes match the pants and I touch my hair to check and make sure its still tied pack right. I tie my hair into a ponytail on the back of my head, while letting my bangs hang down, which I despise, but it seems to convince people I'm not who I am, while also giving me the appearance of looking quite a bit younger. I also wear makeup, dark eyeliner around the rims of my eyes and just the normal Chap Stick, which I would never ordinarily do, but I don't check that, I know it's still there.

It's all a part of the game and I must say I'm really good at it.

Satisfied with myself I fly a little faster to my destination, not wanting to waste a single second more.

“I'll be right back,” Seleice smiles widely as she heads to the bar to get another drink.

Goku and Toyvon wave her off and head to the dance floor themselves, tired of playing the wrestling games, Goku always wins anyway.

“Man, it's so crowded in here,” Toyvon says, seeming bored stiff. He a big believer in “three's a crowd” and too many people around tends to piss him off unless he's dancing or in a great mood.

“I agree, but better not drink or else you'll end up starting a riot,” Goku laughs, walking through the numerous Saiyans to find a good spot to dance to the heavy music. Toyvon rolls his eyes, laughing as Goku grabs a hold of his hand and pulls him closer.

Saiyan alcohol is different from most any other type of alcohol, but it also isn't quite as dangerous, depending on the person or the situation. By drinking Saiyan alcohol, called Arbenth, you aren't actually “drunk” in it's sense. Arbenth just makes you less likely to care about what other people think of you or what you do, so you're more likely to be yourself, no matter what the circumstances. It frees you in a realistic sense and helps you accept things and just be who you are. However, the consequences of such a thing can be at times dire. If you, as a person, not caring what other people thought, would kill someone, or rape someone, then your drunk-self would be more inclined to do so. Also, if you drink Arbenth with any type of other drug in your system, or when a situation gets out of hand, you could either die from the system overload, or cause mass panic and unrest at creating an onslaught against others.

“You look good tonight, Son,” Toyvon says in a serious tone. Though Toyvon himself is quite a looker, he knows he's nothing compared to the other. Goku's wild, unrealistic hair and large, caring eyes are a real turn-on in the Saiyan realm these-days, seeing as how most everyone else's are so hard or stiff, Goku's are soft and welcoming. Not to mention his perfect chiseled chest and god-like abs, though they're hidden just barely under his dark red wife-beater, and long, toned legs that couldn't help but be accented by the dark blue, well-fitted jeans that he wore. The man is a sight to behold, third-class or no.

Goku blushed slightly, “Thanks,” he said scratching his head and shining his 100-watt smile.

Toyvon chuckled as he pulled his friend closer for the next dance. This was their favorite thing to do, besides fighting, to go out onto dance floors and dance together. It makes it seems as though they were a couple. It's clear to everyone that both are incredibly beautiful, though Toyvon, being a few inches shorter, doesn't have beauty quite as compelling as Goku's, it's there none the less, and they can also dance extremely well. They tend to do it the whole night through, stopping for only short minutes at a time to drink and eat, and then going on to play in their little game.

The two of them were well known for that type of showing off, it wasn't always erotic, and it wasn't always slow dancing, it was anything they felt like, any way the music moved them. Also, it's nice to watch and maybe even get a chance to dance with one or the other. And even better for them, everyone also knew they weren't a couple though some rumors still persisted, neither were marked nor did they ever kiss or act like mates, or even close dates should. It was anyone's picks that thought he or she could manage it.

Goku smiled down at Toyvon and leaned in to pull him closer, smelling his soft, brown hair as the music coursed through them both.

Goku looked around a bit later to notice Seliece had gone back to the game table and was taking out many of the men who thought for sure they could take her down. Goku smiled and was about to focus back on dancing with his partner until he started hearing a buzz about some boy who'd just walked in that looked like he was ready for a fuck (or to be fucked). Toyvon, having heard it too, lifted his head up and gave Goku a questioning look.

“Well, let's not be too obvious,” He whispered. Goku nodded in reply, supposing he'd wait a few more songs, and keep up on the murmur of where the man was located. After not being able to stand it any more and simply having to take a look at this guy, he and Toyvon split up in different directions looking for the one causing all the commotion.

“Hello!” I barked, just about losing my patience as the waitress simply stared when I asked her for some water.

“Oh, sorry, o-of course, water- Yeah!” She jumped, blushing and ran off to do my biding. I rolled my eyes, “Get laid,”< I thought, then smirked at my own thoughts while observing the scenery. This club was no different from all the others. I failed to notice the water being handed to me, and simply kept looking around. “No one special, nothing all that great.” the only real difference is that this particular spot has yet to be trashed, but once I finish up with my plans tonight, it will be.

I grab my water and decide it's not going to get any better just sitting there, so I begin to head for the dance floor before spotting someone. I almost gasp at the sight of him for numerous reasons, “He looks… familiar.” I think gazing at the disheveled hair and tall frame from behind the warrior.

Goku pouts as he takes a seat at the bar, ordering a water. “I haven't seen anybody I don't already know or just don't find interesting. You'd think there'd be a circle around this guy the way they're all talking about him but I have yet to find him. Where could he be?” Taking the water, he starts to just give up and decides that it's not worth it to look any longer, if he sees him, he sees him, it can't be that big of a deal anyways.

Goku sighs to himself, turning around to over look the crowd once more, he then finds Toyvon on the other side of the room and shrugs, receiving a shrug in return. Their mission had been in vein. Goku takes a drink of his water, then sets it down, but just before he's about to walk back out onto the dance floor, a gorgeous young man walks up to him gripping his wrist, and says…

(3rd person POV)

… “Hey,” Vegeta looks up at the stranger, at first believing it to be Bardock, but then realizing too late, that it isn't.

Goku stood there blinking, bewildered, not breathing, and above all, stunned.
