The Evolved Warlord: Too Easy

2. Draw or write about your character fighting the boss!

 

Daichi entered the arena, welcomed by a flood of applause. He was impartial to it, really. Never cared much about fame, just about strength.

 

Daichi looked in front of him and frowned. He was used to his opponent making their way into the center of the arena, smiling and waving at the audience. Today however, all that stood in front of him was a cage, covered in a black drape in order to prevent anyone from seeing what was under it.

 

“Ladies and gentleman! Welcome to the very first mob battle!” the announcer called out. “We have Daichi Shinzo, The Machine Warlord with us today, ready to take part in what will be one of the greatest moments in Battle history!”

 

The audience erupted in cheers. Daichi just gave a small smile.

 

The tarp was lifted off the cage. Inside was a green slime.

 

“Let’s see if the great Machine Warlord can best the Slime King, shall we?”

Everybody cheered. Without hesitation, the Slime jumped towards Daichi.

 

Daichi just unsheathed one of his katanas, The Shanabo.

 

“9 Jade Cuts”

 

Daichi spun The Shanabo around once in front of him. With this one swift movement, Daichi had cut the slime into 9 pieces. The monster exploded, splattering the walls of the Cylosseum with slime.

 

The whole place was silent.

 

“Next time, give me a challenge.”

 

Daichi slowly walked out of the arena.
