Chapter 1: Grass field
Violet sat there under a tree in the middle of the grass fields. Insects fly and hopped around the grass and flowers. Subtle wind blew around and played her hair for a bit. Once a while, she turned the pages of the book that she read, pressing the pages so the wind wont mess it up. Her eyes maneuvered between letters and words picking up informations which then be played in her head like a series of movies. Drowned in the feeling of satisfaction of knowing where the story in the book goes.
Grasshopper landed on her head and completely disrupted the daydream she had. Slowly, she began to notice once again that there's a whole world around her. She looked around, everything was so green. Trees lined up in the horizon right below the blue mountains that peeked above.
Slow but steady, she stood and walked around the grass and flower patches. Wild rabbits ran away into taller grasses after they noticed her silhouette in the distance. Birds sang along the sound of those unknown insects.
Step by step she walked by. After the rest under the tree that she had, she still looked like she ran out of energy. Well, except that she looked slightly better? What a great day, eh? When your thoughts just runs like a static tv screen.
She stopped by beside the stream. Bright light from the blue sky bounced around the rippling water, scattering the blinding lights all over the surface. She rolled up her trousers. Then with her dark pink boots, she crossed the river safely without getting her feet wet. The water was so clean and fresh. It felt really cold when she touched and played with it for a bit. After she washed her face, she lied down beside the stream before getting up again because the middle part of the sky was a bit too bright to look at. Always been like that with skies for an unknown reason. So annoying. And why does wild animals always run away when we get around them? She just want to pet a bunny.
Feeling a bit better, she continued to stare at the horizon while sinking deeper into her own thoughts once again.
