Mer Sketch

I was flipping open my sketchbook to the picture I've been working on today, and it randomly landed on this instead of the correct page.

Seeing as my sketchbook is psychic (it always lands on the page I want if I flip it open... Probably because the pages after that one tend to be untouched >.> but not today) I decided to take it's advice and actually scan this into my computer.

It's fairly rough (oh the joys of mechanical pencil and no art stores in walking distance) and I doubt I'll ever color it. It just was one of those things that started out as me trying to get an arm correct -- hence the straightness of his right arm) and ended up randomly like this.

Not a specific character. I just love mers. Serious love. And since I don't have any mers uploaded here, I decided I needed to fix that situation.

Crits = <3 (especially on his arms, since that's what I was trying to get right on this)
