Jack Stormcloud

I had him posted originally a few days ago. However, I pulled him off so I could fix a few problem areas that were bugging me about him.
His name is Jack Stormcloud and he is brother to one of the other characters I drew (John Stormcloud). Unfortunately I cannot take credit for these characters as they are Brethesen's. He has alowed me to draw his wonderful characters. So, once again, thank you Joni for allowing me to attempt your wonderful characters. Your ideas never fail to astonish me. ^_^ Let me know how you guys like it ( and yes, one day, I actually plan on doing backgrounds. :lol: )

  Heheh.. Sesshomaru? But of course! And how could I not? In all seriousness, I had the same thing in mind when Brethesen was describing this character to me for me to draw. Unfortunately, I cannot take the creativity for the design of him. All of that credit goes to Mr. Brethesen. I am just glad that he described it so vividly that it didn't make it too hard for me to draw him out of my mind. Thank you so much for finding these pictures and commenting hun. These pics are so important to me because they are my first real stab at doing fantasy characters. They are like a milestone for me in my journey to be a great artist. Now if only I could do something with the background. I mean, honestly... you would think that I could have at least put a few blades of grass in there or a flower or something. >_< Well backgrounds will be my next big hurdle to overcome.   Don't sweat it. Backgrounds are a pain, and I personally try my best to avoid them at all costs! but if your characters are any indication, your BGs should be just as phenomenal once you get comfy with drawing them. BTW, I don't do well with designing characters from verbal descriptions, and I think you're far too humble about the role your creativity's playing with these pictures. You've brought words to life in these images. *sigh* So lovely!

  OKay, well now you are just spoiling me with all of your kindness. Thank you so much for your confidence that you put in me. That really means alot to have someone completely back you up on your art and everything. You are such a good friend to me. You always have been. I am so lucky to know you. ^_^ And I hope one day I can actually convince my pencils to start drawing backgrounds. I am off to a pretty good start. Well I have been starting to o a few BGs here and there. Now if I could make it routine, then I would be very happy with myself. But I will take it one step at a time. All my loveses to you. And thank you again for just "being there" to pat me on the back. ^_^

  Hehe, I'm not spoiling you, silly; I'm being perfectly honest. I'm always amazed at how versatile your art is! And you always pour yourself into everything you do, and it shows. The way you apply yourself to everything else, you should be making Alan Lee-like backgrounds in no time! Sheesh Can't wait to see more ^_^

I still need to fine tune my techniques a bit, but I am quite happy with how these characters are turning out. Maybe the next drawing I do of all the character together will be even better. You did an AWESOME job with Jack Kristy ^_^ My favorite parts would be the long swords he holds, as well as how well of a job you did on his hair and face. REMARKABLE. I can't believe how well you do on these characters. They are SO awesome to look at ^_^ Great work, and keep those characters comin!! Love ya!!

Oooooo Wow Kristy, you really have improved from what I last asw from you. I haven't been on much because of school and tennis and going out with friends and spending any inbetween time with mah luv. But here I am!! Anyway back to the critique.

  My little Nut Jr! I have missed you so much! I understand about being busy. So have I. If you like this guy so much, please check out the one I did called Ulonna and Stormcloud. It has my original character that I designed (Ulonna) and Brethesen's character John Stormcloud who is the brother to Jack here.
