Most of the time life was good, but every once in a while there would be the day where the sun didn't shine as bright. Whether it was getting caught one too many times for a day, getting lost in unfamilair and unhospitiable locations, or sinking under the crushing weight of lonliness, Penny would feel overwhelmed and in desprate need of a time-out. Whenever that happened she would search for an open field or a calming clearing to take of her boots and stretch her roots into the cool earth. Letting the chill wind wash over her with the moonlight lighting the world with a soft glow, hearing the song of flying night birds, and standing still like a scarecrow could make any place feel like home.
