It is different. The one in Elfwood had a sort of strange tint like you said. I don't know where that came from and after I learned how to scan it without the tint I just didn't feel like going through the entire mod queue again.
Hi I'm Kristy's neice. I just wanted to tell you that I love your creations, your art is just so amazing. I especially loved this art work it is just so creative. I would love this Dragon picture as a poster. This one is my absolute favorite. Great WORK!
Hi Kristy's niece and thank s for commenting. I'd love to give you a print of this but unfortunately I no longer own the printing rights to this one as it was a commision piece and i'm only allowed to use the image for self promotion like in my portfolio or in an online gallery. I could check and see if they have the image in a poster format though if you like.
Oh my God! I have absolutely no advice to press upon you about this picture. It is so greatly done. Is it done in pencil? Every so often, we get the advantage of stumbling upon a piece of art that leaves us breathless, and this one, I'm happy to say has taken my breath away. You are truly gifted.
Thank you Kristina, I am very happy you liked this drawing. To answer your question this is pencil, I used several grades of soft B lead. Thank you for commenting and always let the art flow.
Thank you, I have noticed that you've commented on my stuff before and as a thank you i'm going to try and do a rendition of Vegeta. I'm going to do him my way though and try and make him look less anime. Unless of course you have someone else from DBZ you'd like me to try.
REALLY?! SWEET!! you fuckin rock dude! And nope, he's the only one I like, I've been trying to draw him in different anime styles myself. Thanks again!
This is really cool. But notice how you make all the rivulets in the rock the same size and same visual weight. It's natural for our brains to try and organize things and as artists we have to learn to break away from that from time to time. I think this is one of those instances where you need to keep those shapes from being the same. Those spikes of rock are also very similar in size.
I see what you mean about my cave formations. I do have tendancy to repeat myself when it comes to stuff like that and well I admit I do have a long way to go. Thank you for the critique and advice. I will be taking it into account on my next piece.
I'm loving that dragon! What a beautiful face. And big flight wings...excellent! ^_^ The scenery si well rendered as well. Great texture of the cave walls.
