Propper presentation of artwork

Ok, normally I wouldn't rant like this for a news post. I was going to just post this topic in the Art forum but because it has to do with site rules, I feel it is necessary to put this on the front page.

I've seen a lot of people do this on DeviantArt and now it's starting to make it's way here. People posting screenshots of their work-in-progress artwork that includes all the photoshop palletes and junk. This is REALLY bad presentation of artwork. It's far too distracting and it takes away from the artwork. I am so ridiculously against seeing screenshotted stuff that I will immediately delete ANY artwork posted that is done in this fashion.

It's so rediculously annoying. What do you want people to see? Your artwork? Or the crazy bright color settings you have for your dialogue boxes in Windows?

I've created a wonderfully bright example of what I'm talking about. I hope this doesn't hurt your eyes! Click on the image to enlarge it:

PLEASE do NOT post artwork like this here. You can still take screen shots if you want as long as you crop out all the palletes and junk and just leave the artwork.

The only exception to this rule is if you are submitting a tutorial in the writing section and are providing screenshots of paint programs to illustrate how to use the program.

I swear, I just want to strangle the person who started this whole screenshot trend.

EDIT:
It appears that a lot of people are misunderstanding what exactly it is that I am talking about. I am NOT saying that you can't post Work's In Progress. We have a whole gallery dedicated JUST to Works in Progress. I am NOT saying you aren't allowed to post Photoshop artwork. I love photoshop and think it's a great medium. What I am saying is you can't post a SCREEN SHOT/SCREEN CAPTURE of your Art Programs work space.
