Fanart-Hagane no Shinobi

'Nother sketch. :) This is a scene from a fanfiction entitled "Hagane no Shinobi"...or, in English, "Fullmetal Ninja" by Studio Crossover (you can find it at fanfiction.net ). It's a crossover between FMA and Naruto; it's quite the good read!

Again, this is just a sketch. I didn't put a whole lot of time into it, but I enjoyed drawing it very much! Oh, I forgot to mention; I think Ed came out looking a little too feminine for my liking...I think it has something to do with his hips and and way his jacket falls...hmm...:ponders:  Also, I changed up Naruto's outfit a bit; he has a belt that has a little pack on it, but I liked the coverall look so much, I decided to stick with it.

Neither Naruto or Ed belong to me. :)

Oh this is wonderful Heidi! Yes I have recently started watching FMA. As a matter of fact, I think I may have mentioned that to you in a PM or something when I was talking about being in love with Scar. Ponder Anywhoo, I see what you are talking about when you say you think Ed's hips have a bit of a feminine look to them. I think perhaps it could just be the way the belt is placed. Either that or it could be that "rounded" wedge of hip right under the belt. Do you see the part I am talking about? Perhaps just a straight line there instead of a rounded one would help out. I think it looks wonderful though. When you sketch, you go all out, don't you? Smile I just noticed Ed's watch when I looked at it hard enough. Smile Keep up the awesome work my dear. Much love to you. ^_^

Thank you again my quickly developing muse! Angel And yes, I see that area you're talking about. I think it's a combination of that, the belt, and the back. The overall kind of 'rounded' feel to him makes him seem feminine. I think if I would have done him more like Naruto, with sharper lines, he would have come out more masculine (I know that whole thing sounded...wrong... Embarrassed ) Upsidedown

*giggles* It did sound a bit "questionable" but who cares? Ed is so hot. Yes it actually doesn't look as bad as you think it does. He just has great hips for giving birth. Wink Just kidding. I think it is wonderful. You never fail to amaze me with your skills hun. Keep up the awesome work. I will be waiting anxiously for more of your works. Yes All my love. ^_^

Ah, I don't think it looks bad; just a little funky. Although, I think this fanfiction is going yaoi here in just a bit, so this may fit very well after all! Grin
