Crooked from the scanner. And cut off too! Sorry about that. I decided to add the Sepia tones just a bit ago, the original was done in colored pencil (very colorful), and I'm not quite sure it's what I want...Hmm, what do you think of it? Reference pics were used to create this, most were screenshots if I recall :ponders:
I really love this one too...I'm working on one of Vegita right now (well, I guess I can't really say I'm working on it, seeing as I haven't picked it up in a week. ) But yeah, this is one of my fave's! Thank you for the compliment!
hey there! as usual, I yuv it!!! I think you do great with the three thingy, no what i mean? I remeber you doing another when you were t the old house. and both are vonderful. the sepia tones are great, however, i cant tell you which i tink is better for this pic if i dont see the other one with the original colors. send it to me or post it. i vanna see!!!!
Excellent job, karana. I am a fan of your work and from what I've seen, this is your best. You captured Goku's soul in his eyes perfectly in all 3 forms. I love the sepia tones. Darker tones tend to indicate struggle or inner darkness, and we all know, Goku has plenty of that. Don't change a thing about this picture. It's perfect just the way it is.
Wow! My first fan...And such an appreciative one at that! I really do love this picture, it came about in a time when my art began to evolve from being just drawings to design. You can't see it well because of the sepia tones (and because a good portion of it was cut off by the scanner...-_-), but there are three fundamental colors that are alternated here that really play off the emotions of the poses themselves. It's why I had second thoughts on the sepia toning. But, I do like both versions, and I'm so happy that I have someone who's taking my work in such an apprecitative manner!
I love art... I love to see what people can do. I like to learn from people which is why I always encourage people to leave me reviews whether it be on my drawings or writing or whatever. Even a bad review can teach you something. I think people who are out there to just criticize other people's work is really shallow. There is no honor in doing something like that. Most people (our fellow artists aside) don't really know how hard it is to do what we do. That's why I take it very seriously. I embrace art of all forms and I must say, it was very easy to become a fan of your pieces. It's easy to see how much you really give of yourself to your craft. That is what gets you so many fans. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing more from you.

I really like the concept and the colors you use.
