Bro Druid: Slime Beach Invader

Air flowed through the sail of the windsurfing as Bodhi sailed across the water. A green slime was coming ashore from the ocean’s depths. Quickly, Bodhi snatched up several young pups out of the water and away from the slime. He dropped the children off on the beach before the sea otter lifeguard rushed back onto the water to rescue anyone who needed it. A few quick circuits of the coastal waters revealed no one else in danger of being engulfed by the slime.

 

“Bro! Anyway we can talk this out over some shrimp and brews,” Bodhi shouted at the slime while surfing in a circle in front of the green menace. There was no answer from the coastal invader other than a menacing jiggle. “Come on bro! It don’t need to be like this!”

 

The green slime smiled its goofy smile and spread slowly toward the beach. With a sigh, Bodhi passively channeled more wind through the sail of his windsurf board as he started surfing a large circle around the ooze. Faster and faster, the otter surfed until a whirlpool started to form. Bodhi was one with the wind, surf, and waves as the whirlpool tore apart the slime. With the monster defeated, the surfing sea otter shot out of the whirlpool into the air with a rodeo flip before landing to a cheering crowd. Bodhi returned to the waters to resume his surf patrol as the beach was secure again.
