Tome of Naedithas: Boss Battle - Getting Revenge

5 - Draw or write about your character falling through a portal during the fight. Where do they end up? Does it help their attack or disrupt it?

 

With a bellowing battlecry Naedithas rushed towards Portal Posi and her imposing, huge snake. He can’t help but to feel intimidated by its size, rarely has he encountered enemies of that sort but he is a fighter. A proud one even, so there’s no way he’s going to pull back!

He shifts into rage, pink tendrils of lightning twisting and twirling around him, while his steps pick up the pace with each more taken. He’s filled with so much hate towards this Thath woman, she harmed him and Tyrvalor and who knows who else, that he can barely contain himself!

 

With a clanking sound sound his greataxe hit a piece of metal of the snake and in response the beast attempts to swipe at the barbarian. It’s tail so huge that he has to muster all his strength to avoid by jumping over the metallic structure. He didn’t get high enough but he nonetheless manages to land on the surface of the slithering friend, now starting to run along the scales towards its head to reach Portal Posi who was hiding in its mouth.

 

When he is about to jump at the woman, Naedithas can feel how one of his feet suddenly loses footing and gets sucked into something beneath him. It was another portal, big enough to swallow the barbarian whole…

 

… and with a splash he lands in a body of water. That bastard managed to sent him to another spot on Kahari, he could clearly see the mechanical snake in the distance.
